      ในการนี้ The British Council (Thailand) ได้ให้ความร่วมมือโดยได้จัดส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้ดำเนินการในประเทศอังกฤษเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินการจัดทำแผนฉุกเฉินในหน่วยงานต่อไป
